Ilkurlka update 29 May 2021

Ilkurlka has reopened to travelers from states classified as very low COVID19 risk. However travel restrictions may be imposed at very short notice in the event of COVID19 outbreaks in the various states and territories.

As

As of 16 May 2021 there are particular requirements restricting travel from Victoria into Western Australia. Please see https://www.mediastatements.wa.gov.au/Pages/McGowan/2021/05/WA-hard-border-with-Victoria-returns-from-10am-today.aspx

We urge you to call us (08 9037 1147) or email us (manager@ilkurlka.org.au) just prior to setting out on the Anne Beadell Highway for an update on the current situation.

Note that Ilkurlka has no facilities for those who wish to self-isolate for fourteen days when entering the state.

We ask that visitors use face masks when entering the roadhouse as an additional protective measure.

Western Australian controlled border restrictions apply for those arriving from the east. A G2G pass is required (https://www.g2gpass.com.au/apply) as well as the usual travel permits required for transit of the Anne Beadell Highway.

We look forward to seeing you!
